VINYL MAT WARRANTY
.195 +/-10% CLASSIC AND .250 +/-10% CLASSIC VINYL MATS
 

Rolite Plastics warrants it’s vinyl chair mats to be from defects in workmanship or material. Should one of our .195 +/-10% classic vinyl or .250 +/-10% classic vinyl mats break or crack under normal usage, Rolite will replace the chair mat with a like or similar product (or, at it’s option refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase and upon return of a small piece of the defective mat to factory with transportation charges prepaid by customer to and from factory.
(You will be responsible for the freight for the replacement mat under warranty).
 

Colors are subject to normal action of exposure and to sunlight and are therefore not covered by this warranty. The use of metal casters or casters with surface contact less than one-half inch in width or use on painted or varnished surfaces voids this warranty. Rolite Plastics reserves the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustments. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability of fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.

Please Note: Mats that have been converted to a vent a mat are not covered under this or any warranty.

SOLID OAK CHAIRMAT WARRANTY

Manufacturer warrants its 1" Solid Oak Chair mat to be free from manufacturer's defect in workmanship or material for one year from date of purchase under normal usage. Soft dual wheel casters must be used on the chair rolling on the mat and this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. At manufacturer's discretion the mat may be repaired or replaced with a similar product (or at its option, refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase and upon return of the defective mat to the factory with transportation charges prepaid by the customer to and from factory. (Customer will be responsible for the freight for the replacement mat under warranty) Colors are subject to normal action of exposure and to sunlight and are therefore not covered under warranty. The use of any metal or hard wheel caster or casters with surface contact of less than one half inch in width voids this warranty. Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustments. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any limited warranties of merchantability of fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages..

SOLID OAK CHAIRMAT RETURN POLICY

Standard mats are returnable but only with prior authorization from Custom Mat Company, Inc. All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom cut/ made chair mats are not returnable.
